Taster Session
Taster Sessions are always at the beginning of term, but we welcome new students all year round so feel free to book onto any of our sessions. The ideal lesson for someone who wants to have a taste of what Pole & Aerial Fitness is all about.

Beginner
The ideal level for a complete beginner, someone who hasn't had a pole lesson before, or hasn't had one in a while. You'll learn simple walks, spins, and climbs. Completing the Beginner syllabus will give you the opportunity to move up to the Intermediate level.

Intermediate 1
These classes require you to have completed the Beginner syllabus before signing up. More intricate spins, tricks, combos, climbs, and inverts (going upside down) will be taught in these lessons.

Intermediate 2
These classes require you to have completed the Intermediate 1 syllabus before signing up. Stronger moves and combos with the use of different grips will be taught in these lessons.

Beginner
The ideal level for a complete beginner, someone who hasn't had a hoop lesson before, or hasn't had one in a while. You'll learn simple mounts, seats and combos. Completing the Beginner syllabus will give you the opportunity to move up to the Intermediate level.

Intermediate 1
These classes require you to have completed the Beginner syllabus and be able to invert competently before signing up. Progressive transitions concentrating on various seats, different types of grips, and more intermediate moves and combos will be taught in these lessons.

Intermediate 2
These classes require you to have completed the Intermediate 1 syllabus before signing up. Stronger moves and combos with the use of different grips will be taught in these lessons.
